My Awakening

What did you learn about emotional mastery growing up?
If you’re like me, the answer is… not much.
We weren’t really taught how to be with our emotions, understand them, or move through them in a conscious way. We were taught how to cope, push through, stay busy, and keep it together.
So most of us end up moving through life doing exactly that—coping. (BTW, that's a really low bar. I want to teach you to be FREE)
If you ask most people how they’re doing on any given day, you’ll hear things like:
“I’m fine.”
“I’m okay.”
“I’ve been worse.”
That was my experience too. Until I had a moment that shifted everything.
I realized I was only ever conditionally happy.
I was fine as long as:
  • life felt manageable
  • things weren’t too emotionally intense
  • I wasn’t overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling inside
One day, I realized—I rarely, if ever, experienced peace because my nervous system was constantly trying to keep everything under control.
The real issue wasn’t life itself. It was that I had never been taught how to handle what I was feeling. I didn’t understand my emotions. I didn’t know how to move through them. And without realizing it, they were quietly shaping how I experienced everything. (including motherhood, ask me about that for the raw, honest truth)
For me, this opened a deeper inquiry into what it means to actually be human and to live in peace rather than suffering. 
Not just functioning—but present. Not just coping—but aware. Not just getting through life—but actually enjoying it.
Over time, I began to understand something that changed the way I live and now the way I work:
Emotional regulation is a skill—and it's one that I had within me all along. (and so do you!) 
This is the work I now guide people through.
I help clients move from emotional overwhelm, overthinking, and reactivity… into calm, clarity, and self-trust.
We do this through a combination of emotional processing work, EFT/tapping, nervous system regulation, and coaching that helps you shift what’s happening internally—not just understand it.
For some people, this feels deeply practical and psychological.
For others, it feels like reconnecting to something more grounded, more present, and more sacred inside themselves.
Both are welcome here.
Because when your internal world changes, your relationship with life changes with it.
You stop reacting the same way.
You stop abandoning yourself in hard moments.
You start trusting yourself again.
You feel an ease you've never felt before...no matter what life throws at you.
Life starts to feel less like something you’re surviving—and more like something you’re actually living. And OMG that feels so good!!

It is really easy to dive into the emotional abyss with Molly.

I feel at peace after my latest session with Molly. It is really easy to dive into the emotional abyss with her. I have worked with Molly a few times now and she has a way of asking just the right thought provoking question or providing the perfect creative assignments to open up feelings and emotions in a heartfelt and logical way. I also like that she suggests the use of essential oils to aid in the emotional clear out.
What I find beneficial and different about Molly is her keen sense to tap into an emotion, her precise way of communicating and her ability to make you feel understood and heard.

      Single to Engaged in 7 months!

Before I started coaching with Molly, I was frustrated with the dating scene. I knew I was doing something wrong but had no idea what to do. I wanted love in my life but pushed it away when someone got too close. It didn’t make sense. Finding love again in my 40’s seemed impossible.

With Molly’s help, I uncovered beliefs that I’d been operating from for years that weren’t serving me. I’ve learned to let my guard down. Instead of putting up walls, I now allow myself to feel things. Not only has that helped in my romantic relationship, but it’s improved other relationships in my life as well. Also, I’ve finally dropped my impossibly high expectations of myself. And I’m finding that I’m being gentler and kinder with myself.
 
When I met the man who is now my fiancé, I had a total shift. Instead of running in the other direction, which is what I had always done before, I ran towards him instead. I was willing to make myself vulnerable for the first time. It’s scary loving someone as much as I love him. But I feel safe with him in a way I never have before. He’s my rock. And I know we are going to have a really beautiful life together.

Molly helped me manage my personal struggles with a variety of strategies.

Before I started working with Molly, I was struggling immensely with my personal life, which was affecting my ability to work on my business and build it. I was trying to solve my problems myself, but it wasn’t working. Due to personal struggles, I felt more and more overwhelmed as time passed; like I was drowning.

Working with Molly has helped me to create better and more efficient strategies for me to focus on my business. While we’ve had to take small steps and celebrate small wins at times, I am now committing to a regular weekly work schedule. To help me manage some of my personal struggles, Molly has used a variety of strategies, including EFT and affirmations. It has helped me question my stories and to feel more love and compassion for myself. I am also doing much better with embodying the traits, characteristics, and habits that I want to become a part of me.

Molly’s coaching is unique in the way that she is focused on helping me to grow forward, and because she uses a variety of strategies, I am making the progress I want to make. I am so thankful for her help, and I believe I’ll grow in even more positive ways as I continue to work with her.

You are not your thoughts, you are aware of your thoughts. You are not your emotions, you feel emotions. You are a conscious being.
